It is a picture of our daughter Jen while she was in the Army on leave.  Back at her post, she tried to keep herself useful as an S2 (Intelligence Officer).    Her Bronze star citation reads in part:

“In Operation Defender Assist… she analyzed the enemies’ pattern of life.  This led to the successful capture of five dangerous high value targets who were part of the IED transportation network.  Again, she excelled in Operation Motorhead I-IV.  Her analysis enabled USF to capture four dangerous high value targets.  In Operation Black Rain, she analyzed numerous sources to study the enemy’s pattern of life for three days.  This led to the capture of the Battalion’s high value target, who was responsible for an RKG-3 transportation network.”
