Conservative Libertarian Fiction Alliance (CLFA), a Facebook community of authors, readers and reviewers who write and promote pro-freedom fiction, is currently accepting nominations for the first annual CLFA Book of the Year Award. To qualify, the book must be a novel length (minimum 50k words) work published in 2013 or 2014. Self-published, small press and traditionally published works are all acceptable, including e-book and audio formats.
You must be a member of CLFA to submit nominations. All requests to join will be processed within 24 hours. Once you have joined, you may add titles to the nomination thread (currently pinned to the top). Please include author's name, book title, publication date and a link to Amazon or other website where the book can be purchased. There is no limit on the number of books a single member can nominate, and authors can nominate their own work.
Nominations can be submitted until 1/31/2015. Voting will take place in February and will occur in two rounds. Round 1 will include all nominees. Round two will be a run-off among the top five books from Round 1. Winner will be announced around the end of February. First place winner receives a digital image of the Official BOTY Seal (to use on his/her book cover, website, etc.), a framed certificate, and braggin' rights.
Good luck to all!
